Remote Seasonal / Year-Round

We're looking for experienced tax preparers to join our growing team. Work from anywhere in Michigan and help clients file their taxes through our secure online platform.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare individual and small business tax returns (1040, Schedule C, LLC, S-Corp)
  • Communicate with clients via secure portal, phone, and video
  • Review documents and ensure accuracy before filing
  • Stay current on tax law changes and continuing education

Requirements

  • PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required
  • 2+ years tax preparation experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

  • EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA designation
  • Experience with TaxDome or similar platforms
  • NATP or NSTP membership
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
