We operate on a drop-off/pick-up system. Here's how it works:
Stop by during our open hours with your tax documents. We'll sit down with you and go over any information that will be helpful in preparing your return.
You'll go home and we'll get to work! Expect a call from us in 3-5 business days with the results of your tax return.
Come back to review and sign your completed tax return at your convenience. Once signatures and payment are complete, we e-file the return for you.
With direct deposit, expect your refund in 10-14 days. Paper checks are mailed in 6-8 weeks. If you owe, we'll give you a voucher to send with payment by April 15.
